Dinner will be a choice of either Chicken Florentine (stuffed spinach in a sun-dried tomato cream sauce with mozzarella cheese) or Beef and Pasta (beef tenderloin brochettes, mushroom gravy over garlic and black pepper fettucine). A vegetarian/gluten-free option will also be available. Please indicate any dietary restrictions when you register. $70 per person includes hors d'oeuvres, dinner and dessert; cash bar.
