CPR Renewal

Is it that time for you and your dental team to renew your Healthcare Provider BLS? All dentists in Ohio are encouraged by the Ohio Dental Association House of Delegates to be trained minimally in basic life support techniques.

Dr. Steve Shall is able to provide you and your staff with new and renewal training in basic life support. Contact Jeff Boze at Dr. Shall’s office (419-691-5226) to schedule a class.

All CPR classes are held at the Sylvania office of Western Lake Erie OMS, 5690 Monroe Street. The cost is $35 per person and can be paid by cash, check (made payable to the Toledo Dental Society), or credit card.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: At close of business ONE WEEK before the event, no refunds will be given for cancellations. Attendees who do not attend and have not paid, will be invoiced for the full amount after the event.
